The Bella Vista Townhouse Association is governed by a seven-panel Board of Directors, all of whom are deeded townhouse owners elected by majority vote of the membership. The Board is charged with overseeing the operation of the HOA and ensuring compliance with the governing documents. These positions are elected by the membership to serve a three-year term.
