All Painting / Staining Permit Applications must be approved prior to any work starting.

** All colors must match the original color and connecting neighbor’s townhome.

** If changing color, approval is required first.

** Paint chip of original color (Required)

** Paint sample of new color (Required)

To change your townhouse exterior color, all attached units must paint at the same time, and all agree with the new color. The owner of each individual unit must complete a Painting / Staining Permit Application. A permit application fee of $50.00 is required for each unit.
