The Bella Vista Townhouse Association is a non-profit organization that started developing townhomes in 1970 and continued development through 2006, ending with 17 courts, and 1,048 townhomes, located primarily in and around the city's central portion. BVTA is a members owned homeowner's association. As a townhome owner, you automatically become a member. For more than 50 years, the success of the Bella Vista Townhouse Association has been fostered by dedicated employees and a Board of Directors committed to quality service and supportive members with a strong sense of community. As a BVTA owner, you own your townhome and 5' out from the townhome dwelling. Beyond the 5' of your dwelling is considered Limited Common Property and is owned by the Association. As a resident of Bella Vista, you are governed by the city and subject to compliance with city laws and ordinances. As a property owner, you are a member of the Bella Vista Property Owner's Association and subject to compliance with BVPOA Covenants and Restrictions in addition to those of Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and BVTA.
